Question by Teresa V: does anybody know of any mortgage companies that deal with people with bad credit scores?
My boyfriend and I are wanting to buy a house…. We know of one that is pretty cheap, only 23,900 and its big and nice. I havent applied at any companies yet incase that will lower the scores even more. Im trying to fix our credit now… but that house might be gone by then. Our credit scores are based on one repo and the rest are mainly collection accounts. He makes good money. Nearly 70000. Please give helpful advice… but mainly give us the name of a bank/mortgage company that can help us. thanks!
Some people dont know the facts are are rude and should keep those things to themselves. I dont work and he just got this raise.. before we were struggling because he didnt know how to manage his money. I got him on track. I do sell Partylite. Thanks to others for their positive comments

The amount of people with bad credit in the UK is increasing! Question by OTR_2000: Co-op board approval for 2 people, one with great credit and mine is bad?
Hello,
My Fiancee and I are in contract for a co-op in Nassau County, NY.
The co-op cost is only 95,000 and she is 100% approved for a mortgage.
Her credit is 800 across the board.
The problem is my credit is bad (judgement on my report) and a score in the mid 600′s.
They wanted my name as a co occupant even tho I have nothing to do with the mortgage.
It is possible we could even get a co-signer to make sure we could pay the maintenance which I am sure we could pay anyway.
Is there any possible way we could pass this board to get this co-op?
The reason I am asking is because the real estate agent told us to do it this way.
I am going to take on some of the financial responsibility.
The agent and the lawyer said it would just be better to have everything in her name because of her good credit.
The co-signer would be her mother.
Dari please stop with the private messages

I was wondering if there are banks out there that give you loans to buy a home if you have bad credit or if there are programs out there that help you fix your credit to get into your first home? My best credit score of the three credit agencies is 550. The worst is 490. Please help!
